Services

We begin with using what you have on hand to beautify your home.  Moving a piece of furniture or an accessory from one room to the other can sometimes make all the difference.  We specialize in Occupied or Vacant Staging, Redesign and for our Prime Time clients, we offer our Aging In Place Services.  Be sure to note our extra services, too!


HOME STAGING AND REDESIGN SERVICES

$100 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING/DESIGN REPORT - Occupied


"Curb Appeal  to Patio Panache" walk through of your home to detail items that will make your home stand out to buyers.

  • Our process begins with a phone interview to best prepare for our onsite visit
  • Using our detailed Design Checklist, we go room to room and map out any updates needed
  • After a detailed walk through, we provide you with a copy of our Detailed Report that you may use as a guideline to update your home for sale or to live.

(Two full hours in your home.  Any additional time will revert to $50.00 per hour)

$160 - DESIGN TO LIVE/STAGE TO SELL - MINI SESSION - Occupied


We roll up our sleeves during the Mini Session and work side by side with you to make your house a show place.

  • We take your furniture and accessories, declutter and rearrange to beautify your spaces
  • If accessories are needed to Stage to Sell, we review our inventory and bring in those pieces that will photograph beautifully.  If you purchase our Design to Live package, we will make any recommendations for accessory purchases to beautify your home.
  • We provide you and your realtor with before and after photos to use on your listing site or for you to keep.

Home must be cleaned and ready for staging prior to our arrival
(Four full hours in your home.  Any additional hours reverting to a $40.00 hourly rate)  

$320 - DESIGN TO LIVE/STAGE TO SELL - FULL DAY PACKAGE - Occupied


If you have a larger home, or just need more work, we can provide a full day of staging.

  • We take your furniture and accessories, declutter and rearrange to beautify your spaces
  • We will bring in staging accessories to beautify your home for the Staging Photography if you choose our Ultimate Staging Package.  If you are purchasing the Home Refresh package, we will make recommendations for any accessories we feel will make your home more beautiful.
  • We will work for up to 8 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to our arrival
(Eight full hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $40.00 hourly rate)


SHOPPING, SEASONAL DECORATING, COLOR CONSULTATIONS 


  If you love the holidays but not the decorating, we can do that, too!   Love to save money on beautiful furniture and accessories?  We offer personal shopping and with our "to the trade" discounts at most of the top brand furniture and accessory vendors, we are able to extend great discounts to our clients.  Need to minimize or downsize?  We also specialize in organization and decluttering.  CHECK OUT OUR "MORE SERVICES" PAGE FOR DETAILS.


VACANT HOME STAGING 


Are you moving out of your current home and do not have items to use for staging?  No problem.

  • Our process begins with a phone consultation to discuss your needs
  • Using our carefully sourced furniture rental companies and our own inventory of accessories, we stage your home to sell

Home must be cleaned and prepped prior to our arrival
(A $75 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)

WARNING - Not all vacant staging is equal!


Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
